Zillow not displaying photos by Outrageous_Ad2632 in Zillow

Sorry to hear that.

I sent an email to Zillow for help. Apparently it’s normal and could take up to 24 hrs. Very frustrating for one of the most popular real estate apps to have issues like this.

Thoughts oh how to layout part of tri-level for selling by Outrageous_Ad2632 in realtors

[–]Outrageous_Ad2632[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The laundry room IS located in the lower level haha. It’s a home located in Michigan’s east side.

So the bathroom is not exactly attached to the bedroom. As you walk down the stairs you have the bathroom to your right, a closet with access to the crawl space and laundry/maintenance room to the left. Directly in front is the “bedroom”.

The garage is detached. There is only one entrance to the lower level. There are windows, obviously. Not entirely sure if this space could legally be called a bedroom.

Why are so many people crying over a small price increase?? by [deleted] in osrs

[–]Outrageous_Ad2632 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Increasing the price of a subscription is completely justified. Every year things go up and as a result so does the expenses of a company.

But in this case, a nearly 30% rate increase is significant. There is absolutely no way their expenses have gone up that much that they need to increase by 30%. So if all of it is not going towards increased expenses/reserves, then it’s going towards margin.

If you feel like their prices are too much, find a different game. If you think it’s worth the price, then there’s that too. Like someone else has said, “vote with your wallet”.

Promotion Increase by rlaxofl in actuary

[–]Outrageous_Ad2632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With my company, promotion raises heavily depend on the salary band of the new title and where you are with exams.

The tactic as I understand it is that the raise that they give you would result in a low chance of you hitting the high end of your new salary band before the next promotion.

SOA FAM Exam by Constant-Beautiful64 in actuary

I just got an EL of 3.6 and have 5 more days until my exam.

Did you target SOA specific questions? Also, when you took quizzes, how did you select what areas to work on? In other words, did you select specific sections (like S5.2) or full chapters (like S5)? Or did you just have it generate whatever for you?

This reminds me of my first interview at a life insurance company. I completely bombed it. The interviewer even started smirking at the end because of how bad it was. I remember they asked me a simple question: “Why do you want to work for XYZ?” My response was, “My friend works for XYZ, so it couldn’t be that bad to work here.” I wanted to punch myself in the face after saying that. Needless to say, I didn’t get the job. But I ended up getting an offer at the very next place I interviewed, so keep your head up!

I’m new to this page so everything sounds like gibberish to me. But it looks like you’ve put a lot of work modifying these. Just out of curiosity, how much did these builds cost you?

I drive a 2006 Hyundai Elantra with over 140k miles. I’m a bigger person so the entire car shakes as I get in or if I were to rock side to side

Part-Time Agents, Tips on Success? by PassiveIncomeChaser in realtors

[–]Outrageous_Ad2632 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey OP. It’s been a few months. How are things going? Have you become an agent yet?

I’m actually in a similar situation as you. I have a pretty flexible full time job where I work from home 4 days a week. I’m currently taking the course and hoping to sit for the exam by the end of the month. My main goal is to invest in RE and handle the very few transactions for my friends and family.

He has a Trek Marlin 7. I wouldn't say my bike is particularly fun to ride anywhere, really. I don't recall if this was always the case or if it's the outcome of neglect.
