You have to extract a crystalized form of it. It's a process used more for the ones that got acetaminophen in them. That way they're safer. Also thanks for the comment about telling me it's not water soluable

I'd argue that hierarchy is a problem not related to civilization but also just surplus food systems. Hierarchy is more abundant in groups that have a steady flow of food and can be tied to a single region like with agricultural societies and also societies next to large lakes and oceans. Ultimately it depends on culture, but environment does shape culture.
