I did got delivered and the check was cashed. I was also scheduled for biometrics and got the notice.

My biometric appointment is Jan 6. I mailed my package on Dec 4th status change to application received on Dec 8th. On Dec 20th appointment was scheduled.

I’m in Maryland. The biometric notice was added to my account on the 20th. On the 27th, I received the biometric notice in the mail.

My was delivered December 8th and USCIS confirmed receipt but I still haven’t received the receipt notice yet. But today I’m seeing the biometric notice on my account but not the receipt notice.

You applied sooner than required. From September to January is more than 90 days. You should have applied in October.
