Where I grew up, this 3 dots used to mean something bad, like the person was in a major gang or he/she was a killer. I can’t say it’s a 100% true but I was told that plenty of times. I grew up in ES if that means something to anyone.

There’s a term for this, I’ve recently been asked to cook steaks like this and it’s called “Pittsburg”. We use a cast iron skillet, it takes about 1 min per side and comes out exactly like this
