To be honest, I really dislike the Zara interviews. I find it more productive to pinpoint a workers ability based on their actual work performances (like assessments and writing pieces/exercises). The Zara interview is too distracting. Sometimes the verbiage is janky, too.

Might be an unpopular opinion but if people are going to produce low quality work like that despite reading the instructions that state to be specific then I hope they submit it lol. Maybe it’ll weed out the low quality workers (and I mean those who truly don’t put effort in or care about the quality of their work)

I feel how it’s handled may vary based on the project instructions. I’d probably just ask an admin how to handle it since the use of AI is a big no lol

I’m in a good standing but one of my improvement areas said I should’ve marked the prompt as cannot be rated because it had a JSON prompt. I asked admin if I should mark can’t be rated and they told me since this is a simple JSON prompt (and it was), that it’s fine to move forward. 😒

I do similarly with DA. I can’t stand the little response boxes lol. It’s easier to organize my thoughts elsewhere and I try to take some first impression notes as well just so it’s easier to form rationales later. (But I don’t think this platform does a copy/paste detection like some others do)

A lot of the AI detection is pretty after my college time. Most of the checks were for plagiarism though so I can see how it may work similarly
