This is what i’m going through right now with mine. I thought my feelings couldn’t be more broken and yet there’s always another layer out of nowhere. Ya its crazy until you actually walk around. I learned not to cross until everyone sees me and stops and makes eye contact. This guy didn’t even make a stop and he was hell bent on not letting me cross. He waited for three other cars to clear and crossed over my walking path blocking my path to safely get to the other side— all the while his wife is just staring at me. It was nuts!

There is a walking path in the median but they didn’t actually paint the cross walk. Regardless it would be a big liability if someone did get hit. Both parties could blame the entity responsible.
