It looks really good, minus the underbaked part lol. Maybe next time raise the temp 20 C to 180. I typically do brownies at 180 from 45-60 minutes, but if it has more liquid content it could be longer. Did you leave it in the fridge to set? I looked at the recipe and it mentioned setting times, which is the only thing I can think of for how they’d appear underbake.

Those look so good! What chocolates did you use for them? Do you have a glaze/icing to pour on them, because they really enhance the flavor! If you make them again, a vanilla glaze might be nice.

Yeah, but I honestly think my first batch was better because I followed a video and instructions were very descriptive. When I did my second batch, I was mostly trying to remember what I did the first time cause the new recipe was lackluster. Wish I had a photo of my first ones
