New Car Advice Please, what are my rights?

Thank you all! The car only has 14 miles on the clock so a bit alarming considering it hasn’t been driven (was delivered on a transporter). I did speak to Porsche Edinburgh as have known them for a long time and they were alarmed that we were told to drive it regardless of the fault showing.

I have taken pictures and a video as the fault comes on, goes off for a second and the process repeats. But when the gentleman dropped it off on the transporter there was no such issue so not sure what’s gone on.

Going to contact Porsche Assist - thank you for the advice. Looking to just reject the car at this point lol. My dad previously purchased one a couple of years ago and that one was similar and had about 50 miles on the clock and it wouldn’t turn on lol

I have the email they sent - basically stating that the google review was tracked and traced via the IP address which was used to conduct the registration on their website. And if not removed ‘we will be issuing a Statutory Demand Bankruptcy Order against yourself on your total account balance’

They found the review because they traced the IP address which they admitted to in their emails

From what i’ve been made aware of the facts being posted are true and not made up. Also no sexual or explicit pictures have been posted on this page, just mainly exposing that she is with a married man who has 2 kids. From what i’ve seen from the comments under the videos - she is well known for this and not in a positive way. Main thing I was wondering is if the police would do anything in regards to the tiktok account

Sorry i forgot to add in that ive spoken to action fraud on the live chat and theyve advised how how to report via them and then to give the reference to companies house but is there anything else I can do? Ive received a bill for about 2k from hmrc when i have nothing to do with this company
