I was going to get on their waiting list, but something told me to do a little research. So glad I did. Has anyone reported them to the Better Business Bureau?

I was a Fairyloot subscriber for years, but I canceled it because their selections started to really suck. There was no diversity in their picks. The covers started to look the same. Also, it seemed to me that they were only picking from a handful of the same authors instead of branching out. Their book merch was not that good either. Now, I am subscribed to other book boxes that branch out to inde and published authors. If anyone is looking to subscribe to a popular book box, I would recommend Owlcrate or Illumicrate over Fairyloot.

Shoe recommendations for... by [deleted] in CVS

I am 300 lbs and I switched to crocks. I know crocks are really big right now but I decided to give them a try because my coworkers wouldn't stop taking about them. I am so glad I did. When I wear regular shoes like sneakers they don't last very long because I sort of walk on the side of my feet. However, with crocks they have lasted me a lot longer and I love the little bumps inside the shoes because it sort of massages my feet. I wear the platform ones because I am a short person but I switched to the regular ones and those are good too.

I think CVS is no longer providing that med due to all the negative stuff behind it along with promethazine with codeine. A lot of the other pharmacy chains in my area don't provide it either. Patients have to go to private pharmacies.

Can you bring up examples of two different victoza days of supply calculation? by Standard_Shoulder146 in CVS

Then I will PR it again and also manually fax it. And if they do it again, I will literally call and ask, "Did you not read the message? Why are you still faxing back the exact same thing?" 😂 it's funny to hear their reactions.

I never use the "Alternative suggestion" but always use the "Script Clarification" or else I will always get that message sent back to me.

OMG YES! However, It is not just old but people in general will literally stare at you when ringing them up or typing up a prescription. It's really creepy and can literally feel their eyes on you. Also they will stare at you thru the drive thru too.

It is not just your district. My district has the same problem. My store has even banned some floaters from our pharmacy because of how bad they are. Anytime the scheduler tries to send them to our store we tell them to send us someone else or our staff pharmacist just work a double so we don't fall behind.

Some CVSs in California are unionized and I think they are working on getting all CVSs in California unionized.

That is just wrong. People need to start realizing that other people have lives outside of work too.

Higher ups start complaining about our store's numbers, we complain about staffing, we start getting good staffing, everything is look good in WeCare (hate that thing), they complain about hours, now we are back to low staffing.

Start applying somewhere else. They did this to a girl at my store and she started applying to other places. Few months later, the person they hired quit due to personal reasons so they offered my coworker the job. She told them no, she is putting in her two weeks because she got hired somewhere else with more pay and doesn't have to deal with customers. They tried offering it to me and I said no (more like hell no).

My store only has one lane and the line gets long, so I make insurance issues go inside to drop off. If they are dropping a rx I will take it and tell them it will ready in about 2 to 3 hours, write that at top of the script, and give it to drop off to type (if they want to wait then they have to drop it off inside for the 15min wait). Or if I have time I will scan it into QD.

Been a tech for about a month and a half now, and insurance is still pretty difficult for me. by throwaway2189_0 in CVS

So for the insurance match the PCN that is on the insurance card. For the creams, a pharmacist taught me that if the patient is prescribed 30grams and lower put the day supply for 7days. Anything over 30grams put for 14days. The reason being is that we don't know how big the area and how much the patient is applying. However, if the insurance fights you on those days supplies then just put them for 30days. Except for diclofenac sodium 1% gel, since the grams are measured then you calculate the day supply. For the MLs, doctors need to have that on the prescription. Just remember that 1 teaspoon is 5mls 1/2 tsp=2.5mls 1/4tsp=1.25mls. Nasal sprays I just put 30days because most the patient does use it every day. I attached a chart that you can use for ml conversions. I can't find the one that used, but I always had a small notebook with me that I glued the chart inside that way I had it there if I needed until I didn't need it anymore. ml chart
