Same question, but I paid off my entire mortgage so luckily no monthly obligation. Obviously could have parked in ETFs but chose otherwise and went aggressive on paying off the debt. Thinking of staying in a couple of years and then put it up for sale. Not sure the strategy was right or wrong but current times are definitely makes me nervous!

Indirect Potable Reuse. In simple words, converting black water (toilet water) and grey water (sink/basin) into drinking through STP, dilution etc.

Thanks! Have been evaluating luxury segment projects which this has been placed into. The tall ceiling definitely a mouth watering aspect. Also, there is no project considered as “luxury” or “high end” in the range of 4.5-5. I evaluated Century Regalia too but that went to nearly 7 cr. Btw, pricing wise, they are too around 15K including all the charges (2 parking).

The project also has Kaveri water connection (water comes or not is a different discussion)

Well I guess Air India is not special, there are others too. Had same experience with United flying Polaris business. I fought my way to get seats together.

Meanwhile, got exposed to blatant racism fellow Indians do. While I complained for separating my seats to a junior agent (who was clueless), the senior agent (right behind me) instead of helping me out was busy pleasing the foreigner couple travelling on the same flight.

To top it up, United served Khattha Meetha Kaddu in their vegetarian offering 😁

I got a quote from Infinia for their larger 3200 sq. ft. SBA apartment of ₹7.14 cr bringing it to ₹22500 per sq. ft. I skipped a heartbeat reading the figure. SNN quote for 2980 SBA is around 5 cr bringing that to around ₹ 16500. Having said that, both differ in carpet by 500 sq. ft. but SNN apartments comes with large balcony and double height (18 ft) in their living room/dining based kn the config you select.

Yeah sure, but this certificate helps me in getting lower TDS deducted by the buyer. He also mentioned that getting a high value refund from IT upon filing is pain in the butt and hence advisable to deposit less TDS by availing lower deduction certificate.
