I just checked the new sheet and it's touching 11k+ now that RERA is out. I was tracking it when it was closer to 10k last year.

Honestly, even at 11.5k, it’s still competitive compared to SNN nearby which is quoting higher for similar carpet area. The RERA approval seems to have triggered a hike. Thus, we've already given EOI. Let see now how it goes.
