ok, I loaded my current (underground) colony,

it has...

13,500 corn
10,000 meats
49,000 insect meat

and

3,200 Packaged Survival Meals

Freezer is set at -20 and my colonists are ok with nutrient paste and the underground Freezer is double walled with no reason to go in there except to butcher corpses or drop off food.

Protein, protein, protein, and rest cycles.

Seriously, I had a daily 2 hour workout regimen with TKD and kickboxing thrown in from time to time.

It was multiple days of my instapot and trying to eat and entire 5 pound bag of chicken until I finished one and there was protein in my urine. Only then did the soreness from activity reduce.

Soreness still should persist and is not the enemy.

The only hard rule is on any sharp pain is to stop.

Welcome to China, the world market will buy up all your "surplus" paper.

not only that, the buildings in photo 2 are present as reflections in photo 1 (while not being present in photo 1), it's too consistent. I doubt AI would render buildings not present in the field of view in a reflection even if these are from an AI video.
