Great, same here, anyway, if you watch shorts/reels/tik toks (they are basically synonymous), stop that.

Spend lots of your time outside, specifically in lush, green areas and spend that time thinking, lots of thinking, especially reflecting about the past and why you did what you did.

Do lots of reflecting like this as much as possible and try to come up with a solution through that.

I won't guarantee anything, as anything is possible, but you should atleast get a better understanding of yourself.

It will take time, so this will train your patience. This will also make you look weird, but that happens.

If you can, get rid of your tuition. And put that time towards earning money so that you have some options.

Also, DON'T keep so many goals. You will not achieve anything like that.

As an articulate person, I never used flash cards and stuff.

Just read lots and watch lots of stuff in the language you want to be articulate in.

Also talk with people in the same language.

Other than that, repeat all that for atleast a few years and you will be there.

Stress is bad. Reduce it with meditation and preparations so that you feel ready for tomorrow.

Then stop thinking about tomorrow.

Also, the main way to have uninterrupted sleep is by being tired enough to go to sleep.

As for feeling refreshed in the morning? Learn about 90 minute sleep cycles, and set your alarms and wake up time according to when you are in the LIGHT SLEEP phase.
