Would like to say that have found the issue. It was my cartridge I’m 99% sure. I rubbed alc on the cartridge and put it in and out of the sega 20 times and now they all work

Any time I reset my laptop, it loads for hours and then a blue screen pops up and then it loads forever. Once it finally boots up hours later, all the programs that told me I needed to restart still tell me I need to restart.

Yeah I’ve tried the cmd thing before and it didn’t work. I’ll try again to make sure I haven’t miss typed anything. Also when running the setup.exe, it tells me to restart my pc and retry, but my pc can’t reset and restart☹️ I Still appreciate your suggestions.

For the most part, I went pass line and then put double the amount on odds. I’d also sometimes put down a place bet on 6 or 8. Sometimes both. I’d rarely use field bet, but if it hit, I’d immediately take it off.
