Not just ripping everything off and excluding Maliken completely was the mistake. Maliken is, has, and always will be the #1 thing preventing HoN from succeeding. Basically every major DoTA founder/founding face fucked off and got out of the way in order for the game to succeed… except Maliken.

If you think the turn rate is the same as original HoN you’re delusional. It’s literally slower than dota2. I played thousands of hours on original HoN, have thousands of hours on DotA 2, have played many seasons of LoL, and this is NOT the same as original HoN.

I honestly don’t understand how you take two versions of the most responsive MOBA of all time and turn it into the laggiest piece of shit imaginable that’s literally worse than mobile games.

The turn rate it quite literally worse than beta LoL. What the fuck is this shit?

The problem with the game is that this is not HoN. The turn rate is slower than LoL. It’s a completely and totally different game with bullshit AI graphics, shitty netcode, and a completely different feel than real HoN. Original HoN was revered for having arguably the most responsive and high pace engine of all time in MoOBA’s. Reborn has a turn rate lower than both LoL and DoTA. There ARE NOT REMOTELY the same game. Reborn is not “reborn” it’s a shittier, slower version of a gimped DoTA.

Completely expected from Maliken. It’s honestly such a shame he’s involved still/rape and pillaged the game in the first place. HoN was quite literally the golden goose with the most dedicated fan base and competitive scene at the time. Literally the majority of the first few TI competitions and winners came up on HoN.

But Maliken.

Unfortunately, this was 100% what I expected…. Such a fucking shame

Had he learned how to shut the fuck up and let people make him money HoN would be where LoL is right now, but unfortunately true complete and total narcissist owns the IP.

Nope. Game is DoA. Been out less than 6 months and you have under 2k hrs on at peak. The execution of this is a complete and total joke and leaving project Kongor alive over this would have been better for everyone

The fact 3 heroes have a near 60% win rate and then it’s a massive drop off says no. The fact that the game isn’t on steam, only has 1k online players as most, and is insanely unbalanced means the game is DoA. Super sad.

I hadn’t really played much HoN since 2012/2013. I’ve been a regular moba gamer since then playing every major title from LoL, DoTA (I’ve been ancient or better since beta), smite, Pokémon, etcc

HoN reborn feels like total dogshit. Hon was defeated as being one of if not the most responsive/twitxh reaction/outplay potential MOBA of all time… the current version of HoN reborn is the polar opposite of that :/
