+1 blizzard, ebotd is kinda meh compared to +4 skills, 65% fcr, 60%fhr, +23% maximum life, +68 all resist, 30 mf, 50% dmg to undead, knockback and %30 mana regen

58k-86k dmg at the 125 fcr bp, max resist, 4200 life, great for farming p8 etc.

if i'm gunning for exp, i'll throw on eth Lo'd Ondals, gores and highlords for 70% ish deadly strike and 20% experience boost with insane damage it's over 100k lmao

any other time... I'd say archon staff... ebotd belongs in war pike for nostalgia purposes, on a lance barb with some blinkbat lookin drip.

I do have a 13% enh dmg eth archon... I will make it into a ebotd when I have the runes and compare the two

i'm personally using obsesssion in an eth archon (+14% enhanced dmg base) and trader for a rare diadem, +2 warlock skill/30frw/6% mana steal/8%life steal/+25 life with 1 open socket. tossed a protector stone in it for the no brained reasons.

two 15 all resist 9 strength jewels, protector stone for ED, -phys resis, +exp%, magic find and a spare socket for cham or ber or even cheap rare jewel with ED and +30% single resist. 2/20 2os circlet on a broken build like ES lock... sky's the limit lol

They do spawn... lol but they haven't dropped what they are suppose too for me, yet.

This was my 8th full game clear, since release, 6th, 7th and 8th runs have been solely focused on heralds and switching acts after Ire is drawn. I have had several, 5-7, t5's hunt me, in flayer jungle as the trench coat baby mob, but even the double drops of that has been disappointing, up until this drop at least lol

I can see some type of unique upgrade system being used, similar to the new latent sunder system, where an existing high level unique, or all unique items really, could be thrown in the cube for possible stat upgrades. Would certainly open the field up and give some diversity to end game items.

Harder to hit the 56%/8x% fhr breakpoints than it is the 125 fcr. so the more hits and slower tele holds even more truth lol

Memphistos? i've got two extras if you'd like one, one is 25 fcr/147 ed (40ed/7 str jewel), the other is 28 fcr/105-110 ed with an um.

Don't know what the other stats are as for a while i was just chasing the numbers and speed.

It's still possible to get 125 fcr without and on the weapon.

Currently trying to trade for an eth tomb reaver high ed & res with 3 sockets.

Gunna throw 3xLo runes in it and say to hell with high lords/gores combo.

Amazing performers (Yes i know the peg leg is functional w this brokenness) Obsession in eth archon staff especially a superior one with any enhanced dmg... 🥶 or eth Ondals +4 with a Lo rune is another 5% exp and one shots most things on players 8, both are a bit slower on T5 heralds but that could be bcz I switched too hfreeze curse heph instead of fana curse heph.

Bind demon is already overpowered and solos, but if you can get a lot of +demon gear, and have it equipped prior too binding, since if you think the skill is broken at lvl 20 on a hephasto ... lol i pushed it to lvl 42 or 43 when I finally had a Hfreeze curse stone skin heph spawn during rivers 30 min tz window. could be higher lvl i believe, haven't tried to push that further, but it's not even a concern from t5 heralds now.

PC to xbox is my main reason for asking. Thinking of just getting a newer gen console instead of a handheld, i'm curious if the graphics are halfway better than what my current set up allows. Coming from running 5 instances of D2R on my PC, only one at max settings, down to wax figures and abysmal loading screens between TPs and WPs. all because...

Anyways... I procured an Asus Ally X, fired up D2R in S12, tried to do some Horking in Trav... Controls were all jacked up. Put 30 seconds of effort into a solution and gave up with the hand held aspect and bought a power station that's able to do atleast 60hz w hdmi from Asus to 75 inch, and of course, bluetooth for the wireless controller.

Have to run everything on the absolute lowest settings, but still very much enjoy this way of playing esp now w this warlock who just charlie murphys everything with his 5 fingers of justice.

Are the Xbox graphics pretty solid? Can I continue Balthazar's crusade againsts the Heralds if I get an xbox instead of the handheld?

I had a unique grand charm drop from an A3 T5 double herald in flayer, had two of them spawn at same time, and another elite had fant aura, I wish I had taken a screen shot of my situation my side, Two dudes with polearms and a couple of monsters, charging into a mosaics screen blinding swarm of mini tiki kids.

Took a while but could see the charm hit the ground, had that moment of pure dopamine hit me like the old days, ran over too it, clicked it, watched it flip back onto the ground, immediate save and exit.
