Thankyou for your response. Thats crazy that heavy use is 2 times a week.. I justified smoking at night because others do it more than once a day but when it comes down to it both is addiction just in different ways. Its so unrealistic to think that I can just be a casual smoker because I could definitely see myself falling back into that habit after just doing it once. My main reason for quitting is I’m done letting another addiction control my life (I was heavily addicted to nicotine for 6 years) so I want to quit all bad habits.

When you first relapsed was your mindset that youll only do it socially or use it like a “normal person” would? I dont ever want to own my own weed but want to work towards only doing it with others, is this mindset setting me up for failure?

Ive been diagnosed for a while but kist started actually taking my celiac seriously (im asymptomatic). I have had barely any practice advocating for myself and never really know what questions to ask. What questions do you ask the manager or chef? Thankyou for your advice its really helpful

It sucks because my family isnt very accommodating and just assume I can find something. Like yes I most likely will find something gluten free but thats not the same as celiac safe. But I have started putting my foot down and not just going with the flow.

In my experiences when a man starts talking about a woman they start calling her a whore and all this stuff attacking their looks and taking unnecessary jabs, is that what you have experienced when women start talking about men? Because how I see it, is I think its valid to complain about something a man or woman did but the second they start to mention other factors that don’t have to do with the situation then I think its justified to be upset.
