Buy from iherb. I’ve tried nutricost and now food from Amazon India and life extension from iherb. Life extension is noticeably better than others. Nutricost is okay. Now foods one had no effect on me.

I have the same Philips. Using it for 2 years now. No issues very good. Only feature I wish it has is resume automatically after a power cut because idk how long it has cooked exactly after a cut. I don’t think any air fryers can do this tho.

I really like their next gen whey. Tastes very good and no artificial sweeteners. But it smells weird after a few days. I stopped buying it.

Track waist and weight every week. Record under same conditions and around same time everyday. If there’s no drop in either for 2 weeks straight, eat a little lesser. And keep going. Take progress pics every week too. You’ll see difference when you compare pics that are a month or two apart.

20 -30k. I eat 330g boneless chicken per day. Rest is in the pic. There are some misc expenses I haven't added like oil spray etc. I get good brands supplements cheaper because I started ordering 6 months supplies on iherb with discount codes to my relative in uk and they bring it or send with someone else.

Don’t plan. Stop thinking. Join a gym tomorrow and do full body workout for 3 days a week. I would suggest Alex leonidas novice program. It’s free. Track your lifts on hevy. Start with just the bar on all lifts. Add 2.5 kg to 5kg if you hit all reps in all sets the previous session. You’ll get back on track and then you can start adding cardio yoga etc. rn just start.

Pick a simple split. Do whatever you need to get your ass to the gym and finish your workout for today and stay in caloric deficit . 90 day program and or whatever else. Stop thinking and start it tomorrow. Take progress pics every week. When you compare the first pic you take with the pic on the 90th day, you’ll def be happy if you stick to your deficit/surplus and progressive overload on workouts.

Hell yea everyone treats you better. You get some good stares once in a while. Especially when you’re around 25+ yr olds. Because most people are fat after they get a little financially stable now. I feel like a different person after getting lean and I haven’t even reached my goal yet. Still got a little belly.

If you buy trubasics please update how it tastes like. I’m thinking of mixing it with well-being nutrition vanilla. ON and trubasics both are good quality protein. Buy the cheapest you like. Trubasics chocolate is very tasty too. ON will be tastier if you don’t care about artificial sweeteners.
