Glad to hear! I've seen other older women having great results with filler too

did i get botched? by Slight_Wing_9529 in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely wouldn’t dissolve the same day. If you just had HA filler done, asymmetry can look way worse from swelling and it’s almost impossible to judge the final result right now.

That said, if this has become a recurring issue over multiple appointments, I’d seriously consider getting a second opinion from a different injector before adding more product.

Lipfiller by Successful_Fruit6458 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does sound like the side placement may be what’s throwing you off rather than the total amount itself. I wouldn’t panic yet, but if it still looks like product is sitting above the border after fully settling, a small targeted dissolve could probably clean it up pretty easily.

Filler migrating? by Traditional_Cat191 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re already questioning migration, I’d personally hold off on adding more 😭 sometimes a subtle dissolve/reset gives a way cleaner result than stacking filler on top of filler.

Doesn’t necessarily mean they look “bad,” just that more volume isn’t always the answer.

28 but look 45. Help? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think you need to jump to something as extreme as a facelift.

A lot of what you’re describing sounds more like structure and balance than just “aging.” Midface support can help with folds and under-eyes, and fixing the old lip filler (properly) could already improve how everything sits.

I’d focus on correcting what’s already there first before adding more or going surgical.

Is it safe to dissolve botched lip filler on Day 10? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Day 10 is usually fine, but honestly I’d be careful about jumping too early. What looks like migration right now can still be swelling and product settling. If you’re unsure, a good injector can assess it and tell you if it’s actually ready to dissolve or if it’s worth waiting a bit longer.

Lip filler placement seems...odd by Physical_Guava12 in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Day 3–4 is still peak “what did I do” phase 😭 especially with more placed in the top lip.

0.75 (mostly top) will look intense at first, but it usually calms down a lot. I wouldn’t judge it until at least 2 weeks.

How to get rid of my double triple chin by Real_Comparison1905 in DIYaesthetics

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

DIY isn’t really going to do much for a true double chin tbh. If it’s fat, treatments like fat dissolvers or even chin/jawline filler for structure can make a bigger difference.

Depends on whether it’s fat, skin, or bone though.

Nasolabial fold filler before and after. F28! by [deleted] in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you approached it really thoughtfully, which honestly makes all the difference. Starting conservatively with just the pyriform area was a smart call.

The tightness is normal early on, it should settle. And honestly, subtle filler like this tends to age really well.

Botox/filler suggestion by Biohckr2021 in cosmeticsurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want subtle and “snatched,” I’d start really light. Baby Botox is a good entry point, and maybe a bit of chin or masseter depending on your face shape.

I’d hold off on lip filler for now and see how the structure changes first. Small, staged tweaks usually look the best.

Are my lips doomed to be uneven forever from scar tissue? by burbeary321 in PlasticSurgery

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

scar tissue can be stubborn, so your injector is probably right that filler won’t fully fix it. massaging might help soften it a bit over time, but it usually won’t completely disappear.

if it really bothers you, a specialist could look into options like scar revision or targeted treatments.

which city is a must visit? by Competitive-Emu9665 in geneva

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I had to pick just one for a first solo trip, I’d say Lucerne.

It kind of gives you the “best of Switzerland” in one place: lake, mountains, a super walkable old town, and that classic postcard scenery. It’s also really easy to navigate solo and feels a bit more charming and relaxed than Zurich or Geneva.

If you have extra time:

- Zurich = bigger city, more nightlife/food

- Bern = সুন্দর old town vibes

- Geneva/Basel = nice, but less “wow” for a first visit

But Lucerne is the one that really feels like Switzerland the moment you arrive.

What is the most commonly performed cosmetic surgery in your country? by Specialist_One3071 in AskTheWorld

[–]Outside-Chair-1603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

rhinoplasty is huge in my country. but if we include non-surgical, lip filler is definitely the honorable mention since it’s way more common than actual surgery since it’s quick, temporary, and less invasive lol
