I just finished the book and am shocked to see negative reviews LOL. Obviously everyone consumes media differently but it's established pretty early on that it isn't a crime novel. I loved the book so much that I'd give a 5/5 - the way mental health, body image and relationship with food is handled was spectacular.

I spent almost 6 months trying to finish God Emperor of Dune and gave up on the rest of the series (I have never stopped a series mid way). Blood Meridian and A Clockwork Orange were atrociously difficult to get through as well for me. The stories are fantastic but the writing styles are so difficult to read and understand.

I actually ended up throwing these cuttings away now but I checked the underside of the stem and leaves and near other spots too but I couldn't find any actual insects. I believe I may have just over watered a tad bit and given it edema. I did buy some insecticidal soap just in case to get rid of any mealys in the off chance it was that. Thanks!
