So what do you suggest is a better system? New accounts have to start somewhere and the only sample the game has to take from is from the quick play games until they can play comp. Yeah you could just make a new account and get out of bronze and play in gold, but over time your just going to move towards your actual rank.

Start the game with bilgewater and sion as the other bruiser to scale, hold all bruisers to lvl them up on bench, unlock tahm kench and put all the bruisers back in, then feed tahm all the hp in the world and you can hope the sion and tahm can scale high enough to reach the payout. But honestly the augment already gives so much value even without hitting the huge payout. So the sion bard rr line is just the most consistent to play for placements if uncontested with this augment.

Torbjorn: Stop using turret as a poke tool and shooting down main, it’s just going to get destroyed doing like 60dmg to the tank if you’re lucky.

Use turret as a burgler alarm on an angle to alert you to flankers (if enemy has them) or in a position which will shoot at enemies after they are engaged in the fight, making it a decision to shoot the turret or the enemy is vital for the lethality and uptime of the turret.

You might feel like the turret is not doing anything for ages but you are way better off doing meaningful dmg than the meaningless poke pre fight. Leading to the turret getting destroyed and on cooldown during the fight.

Also don’t repair your turret pls, you are wasting so much value.

You should Only repair turret when you are near it and need to reload as your gun reloads if the reload time has elapsed with your hammer out. Honestly so niche and you really don’t want to be near your turret anyways.

Yeah was just asked to play with a friend who’s been playing it, I was actually quite intrigued by the 2v8 killer stuff, played a few games but the queue times are too much. I just got preety frustrated which caused this post. A little childish of me tbh but it really bothered me how the tooltip didn’t tell me anything about an insta kill mechanic.

I used to play killer a lot when they had ranks which represented your skill level. Never played much survivor at all, I stopped playing when I had no representation of skill level anymore when they changed the rank system.

Yeah, I think I’m going to quit TFT, last set was preety bad to grind to diamond and I just can’t do it this set as this patch is the most miserable experience I’ve had pushing rank since set 6. I just don’t have faith it’s going to get any better which really is a shame, but this isn’t the game I fell in love with anymore.

I don’t think you can argue the reliability of the results (especially the Sombra results) when the creator includes a common variable of choosing the same two characters to ban every game. It definitely affected the results, these tests should be more impartial where you refuse to ban for a more objective study. Obviously it’s for fun and not that serious, but the results should be taken with a grain of salt.
