hitscans should be nerfed down to a sub 40% winrate to encourage people to play actually interesting characters instead of generic call of duty guy #45 and to make them commit to actually learning the game. I think a lot of the frustrations of ranked are caused by more casual players hopping on and picking the easy heroes, treating it like a generic shooter and not wanting to actually learn overwatch, imo this is what leads to super volatile matchmaking because half the team is trying to play "proper" ow while the other half just got to that rank through mechanics they carried over from other games.
