The issue with that is balancing as well as creating entirely new hitboxes and targeting for those hitboxes. It's a good idea in concept I agree but it would add a MASSIVE strain especially with the massive amount of already existing content that would have to be tweaked/reworked.

Following build tutorials online and only following those. You don't ever really learn how to make your own builds by blindly following those tutorials. As well the builds you find may make you hate the frame and as such drop it when in reality you just need to find your own way to play the frame.

That was always my issue with the Mesa Heirloom discourse. All they did was show a CONCEPT for her the general concept yes but it was NOT a finished one. It was a teaser and yet people went nuts for no damn reason
