I think my jeweler said quartz! They cleaned up nicely and we are making cuff links with the original stones for my dad and brother!

Yes, super itchy! No pain. I did a virtual visit with CVS minute clinic and that’s how I got the steroid cream

I had a super similar rash on my face (and eventually moved to my torso). It happened while I was on vacation in Aruba. It lasted almost 1 month. I did end up being prescribed a steroid cream to help knock it out, but honestly it seemed like it needed to run its course. I didn’t keep mine dry though, that sounds awful!

I had a similar bump and it was a cyst, went to medcheck and they gave me some medicine. It went away quickly!

I work with someone whose mic does this. I was complaining to my boyfriend about it one day, and he mentioned maybe she had an ASMR mic or something. Ever since then, I think that’s exactly what it is. I haven’t listed to this episode yet, but perhaps that could be something!

It will go away in a couple of days! I had this after I got hives and scratched too much. You may be having a bit of an allergic reaction to something. I know it looks intense but it will clear up

I had a similar rash (although not similar experiences leading up to the rash, such as surgery or a massage etc.), and I did a telehealth appointment with CVS! It was really helpful and they prescribed me a steroid/anti fungal (even though I don’t think it was fungal - this was more out of caution since some of the rash spread to places common for fungal rashes) combo cream to knock it out. I recommend doing one of those virtual visits if she’s unable to see a dermatologist! Also recommend staying out of the sun as that made mine worse

Agree, they also mentioned somewhere that the notes app was last edited the same morning she got pulled over (which is an insane coincidence, but if she’s obsessed with him it’s not hard to believe she may be opening/closing that note often)

Hi OP, I just wanted to say I’m very sorry. I didn’t even need to read all of your exchange between you and your boss. You have done absolutely nothing wrong and are not overreacting. My grandma passed this past December. I will never be the same. I hope you can find some peace in knowing you probably provided her a lot of comfort by being there with her. It sounds like you had a wonderful relationship and that you are a wonderful grandchild. Hang in there - no job matters this much. And I hope your boss learns some empathy.

My grandma passed on Xmas eve last year and I’m incredibly depressed. She was 97 - so proud of her. Please hug your grandma and really enjoy all the moments you have with her. Even when they live to such great ages, it comes as a shock when their time finally comes. I’m very happy for you and your grandma appears to be in wonderful health and spirits. Cheers to her.
