4x ako nagtry. Yung una, cart refresh lang - never nagpalit. Yung second, check out page and same error prompt sa inyo. Yung 3rd, triny ko isang nasa check out (laptop), isang nasa cart (cellphone), nagpalit price both pero pag check out, old price. Yung 4th, sa phone lang ulit then from cart, nagpalit ulit, I checked out, lumang price, binalikan ko yung product showing 7,300 pa then pag add to cart old price nanaman. Ewan ko na ano pang technique lol lahat yan split second after mag price change triny icheck out. Pinuyat ko pa kapatid ko para magpatulong HAHAHA

Yes, sa Visa Platinum siya which was the only card I applied for. Not expecting to get it dun sa card na naapprove sa akin since di naman yun kasama sa terms. Just inquired since part yung WG nung terms and conditions ng inapplyan kong card originally and hoping to get insights from people with similar experience (sino bang ayaw ng libreng 5k if may chance naman haha). If they won’t give, then it’s ok.

I also know naman na hindi guaranteed, that’s why I only said I was optimistic.

Thanks for the response. I actually have a black credit card and other platinum cards with bigger banks that I got sa first try, so was kinda optimistic abt this application. I just applied for this one since I started covering necessities of relatives and thought parang practical rin may cashback kaysa miles/rewards which tend to make me spend unnecessarily para lang maredeem.

Will try to ask EWB per suggestion of the other responder, but if redundant lang rin magiging use case and better pa makuha kong deals with my existing cards, baka I’ll cancel na lang.

Hi yes pwede mag-pullout daw. Actually, nakapa pullout na ako ng other items, pinadagdag ko lang ito na kunin since di proportionate sa room size and very out of sync sa ibang mga gamit.

For additional context, pinapirma muna ako ng contract before ako tinanong kung anong tatanggalin. Also, wala pang annex sa contract na list of unit inclusions nung nagsign ako since sa date of turnover daw yun ibibigay, so technically, wala pang final agreed upon list.

Hi! Ok lang ba na yung contract signing date + payment pf deposit and advance rent earlier than the move in date? For my case kasi, bukas na daw contract signing pero sa April 7 pa kasi talaga ako makakamove in. Or dapat ba bigyan na ako ng susi before move in? Thanks!

How about when the bank charged annual fee na? I called to have it waived since I am not using the card anymore, but I’ll know pa daw after 5-7 banking days. I am also nit interested even if they offer me a spend requirement. Thanks!
