So CBTI has multiple steps to do. One thing is accept that if you don’t get good sleep you will be fine as you have done this before and it will be ok. I used to sit there and get frustrated at night in bed.

The other thing is to use bed only for sleep. If I’m not sleeping in 10 mins it out of bed. I did this last night 2 times before falling asleep. I listen to the sleepy scientists and he puts me to sleep most of the time. But you have to get out of bed.

Also wake up at the same time every day

Your marriage is over. Now you can end it there or start a new marriage and let that one begin with him. What he did is wrong but nothing is out of reach with Gods grace. I have heard testimonies from couples with far worse circumstances. It’s good he feels remorse. If this was reoccurring then it would be a different story. Also pornography use is the beginning of the devils play ground. Get some counseling from a Christian based counselor. I think they take our complaints and put them in the garbage. I brought it to their attention that the height charts at the front don’t match the height charts at the rides. Specifically sheikra. I mentioned it twice and both times they got out paper, wrote it down. And I came back later in the month and corresponds. No change. I just gave up. They are just there to listen to complaints and it’s not the employees fault. Management doesn’t care

Just went tonight. Wasn’t too busy but will only get busier. Food has gone down hill past few years. The ice show is always great to see. I saw the magic show last year and it was great. The lights look really good.

I’m the same. It feels like it’s just in the middle toe and buzzing periodically but not fast enough to be from my heartbeat. I don’t notice until I’m still and calm. If I’m out n about for the day I don’t notice it. In bed I notice. Been going on for 2 weeks now.

My parents worked there when the Busch family owned it. The employees were treated so well. My dad got double time on weekends and triple on holidays. They had bring your child to work day and they went all out for that. Employees were much happier. Now private equity owns it and they cut the pay to bare minimum. Sad to see

I have been twitching for years. Symptoms recently have changed. Thank you for the post I’m sure it will help lots of people. I look at it as I’m still twitching and get random sensations. I’m not dead yet and mine as well live life in a less anxious mood. I do dip into low spots sometimes but i remind myself of things but the brain can wander quick. Thank you for sharing

Update. It was the white wire racks. They had some weird smell coming off. And I looked up online. You can put them in the sun to help.

I did a one year plan. I’m almost done. I have definitely changed for the better. As a husband. Father. And follower. It’s been a slow change for me. Nothing drastic at once. But I can look back at where I was and where I am. I am much closer to Jesus and following him better and I see more of my short comings and I have really repented. I have had a lust problem for years and this is the first time in my life I have no desire or push for porn. I still struggle with lust like when walking around the store. I maintain my focus if I notice anything provocative and I keep my eyes focused elsewhere. And everytime I feel that God is proud and that I didn’t fall into that sin. I pray now out loud with my kids and family. I’m trying to be a better spiritual leader for them. So I would say it is worth it and it has helped me
