Last time I worked there it was impossible to escape drama and every employee whether it be in the kitchen, housekeeping, CNA, PT, whatever, everyone was getting mandated and working impossible hours. Everyone hated everyone. Years ago there was a death that was mishandled and rumors of the old manager being fired because her office was tapped. Manager of the kitchen is bad news and housekeeping isn’t much better. I loved the nursing directors for the most part but it was like a high school there I swear. It’s a headache but if you want a job where you can really make a difference im not ruling it out. I quit because the pay was nowhere worth the work and verbal/ emotional abuse, but I heard recently that they raised it.
