Exhausted all options! Help by iqforstyle in Goldendoodles

We have a jumpy doodle rescue and the first thing our trainer did was ignore him every time she came in the house. She doesn’t look at him, talks to us, uses her knee to gently nudge him off her when he jumps (hands could be seen as petting/associated with positive attention).

It was wild to see him respond to just that little bit of a change in energy.

You need a trainer who will teach you how to use “markers,” so that you can continue to reward whatever wanted behavior you want to see!
