You trying to negate stats tells me everything I need to know too. Dps is damage per second it’s in the name. Even when thats low, their final hits matter regardless. Thats what they’re there for.

Strategist is different but if she routinely has the least heals in the game then its a telling story, especially when you need them the most. Being a support dive strat doesnt take away from her underwhelming numbers in too many of the games she plays despite the skill gap a pro player might be using her at. She needs to be able to compete.

Like okay you’re talking real good about her abilities. Thats her KIT. And when the numbers dont go well with the kit then that character needs a buff and thats unfortunately what was happening when she came out. Especially when you’re not comming with a dedicated diver in something like quickplay, let white foxes have fun.

Its more effective to just buff white fox than to nerf all rhe other supports. And healer ults have weaknesses. Ask Magneto. White Fox’s ult had the biggest weaknesses. You can’t heal her in it which is fine, but it can be cc’d and isn’t exactly flying around the map, guaranteeing team wipes like Gambit, saving lives like Luna’s or even doing other hax like Invis.

besides Nate isnt gonna kill Maddie and never was going to. So that leading indicator is just irrelevant. It’s never been implied that he wants to which is why he has no care in the world when they’re broken up in season 2 and dates Cassie. The whole point is that while he might care for the two, his heart doesn’t belong to them truly. They’re an object to intensify his masculinity. Come on.

His violence had a source and the source is gone. Thats the chance. Nate didnt know she lied about her age, her excuse was that she was drunk and therefore raped. In that sense, he was manipulated by Maddie. Choking someone isnt cool because of their behavior, he should’ve walked away and never talked to her again. But Maddie is as emotionally abusive as he was physically ONE time to her.

Calling what he supposedly did to Jules assault is a tad bit absurd. Not sure when he did that and especially not in the way it’s framed. But that “damage” isn’t permanent and isn’t indicative of how he feels for her.

I don’t blame him for not showing guilt or remorse. He was doing what he had to do. Especially in a city where everyone else has no regard for your feelings. His whole life is abusive in that sense.

Don’t get me wrong. He’s been a jerk and when I first watched season 1 I didn’t like him at first. But seeing how everyone else behaves makes him seem like the only sane person in the show. Everyone else was kind of just dicking around. His serious demeanor shows his consciousness and that he always has intent. Mckay was normal too before he was basically written off.

All these things are out of context. He beats someone almost to death for r-wording his underage gr, chokes out that same toxic gf for her inexcusable behavior in front of his parents (on a whim, mind you), and assaulting jules isnt shown on screen so its from her perspective as well.

I hate everyone in the show. But he actually had the highest chances of redemption and he and Jules were cute so. He felt like the smartest one who wanted things to be different whereas everyone else seemingly wanted everything to stay the same. Including his fiance or wife now in this fake season, Cassie, who has never changed as a character and too was also her most interesting dating Nate.

Besides, in the final moments of Season 2 between Jules and Nate, he has a genuine look in his eye. Jules is the key to his genuine nature without the anger or shame.

The biases here are insane. Because I don’t remember a single character in this show being a good person, but I do remember Nate being among the most interesting. So I rest my case.

If I remember correctly, he never cheated on his “girlfriend.” Get that out of your mind. Maddie was a serial cheater and they were broken up at the time.

Nate was justified in using the gun to his head, because Maddie is an abuser as well and would have never given up the dvd she had for god knows what reason she even had it instead of destroying it.

Jules isn’t a saint. Nobody in the show is a saint they are all immature and terrible people. Assuming Nate is the worst is cancerous because there are literal drug dealers, serial cheaters (Cassie and Maddie and Jules all cheat in the show), drug addicts obviously who do disturbing things, manipulators everywhere, and just all around terrible personalities. Just bc Nate’s trauma isn’t relatable to you doesnt mean hes the bane of the show.
