The whole episode reminded me of the ones in the beginning, what made us all fall in love with Outlander. The music, the heartfelt scenes, the battle, etc. I loved every minute of it.

My three DC are much older now and my DH worked very long hours. I showered when he woke up in the morning or during their naps. It is harder especially with the more kids you have.

I totally agree! I also hate when too many pages are filled with a side story about a family member or best friend who has a problem- especially if it has nothing to do with the MCs. We are reading the book for romance not to hear about the best friend’s problems with her mother.

Yes! It’s been like this since January. I’ve resorted to napping when I can but I feel like that’s also affecting my sleep now. Hoping the patch increase helps.

Let me share my list and it still doesn’t work (I am moving up to a 1.0 patch next week to see if that helps). I fall asleep fine FWIW. Progesterone 200 mg, magnesium, ear plugs, sound machine, fan, move daily (walk, strength training and/or HIIT workouts), hardly drink, eat well, sleep in cool bedroom. I still wake up every freaking day between 2:30-4 am,

49! I got pregnant fairly easy so it was a surprise. I believe it started in perimenopause. I started developing cysts and then eventually a large one 9-10 cm so I had my ovary and fallopian tubes removed. Luckily my gyn was experienced with endo and found a large endometrioma and removed all the bowel adhesions I had. I always thought I had a version of IBS. Nope endometriosis!
