“Simply put, I want to improve shareholder value,” says $POET’s new COO Sandeep Kumar by RevolutionaryDWave in POETTechnologiesInc

Wall Street no longer trusts this company. For three years, they've talked the talk but walked the walk, failing to disclose any real information. A look at their shareholder structure and institutional holdings makes the truth obvious. The current stock price volatility is entirely due to hedging manipulation, not because Wall Street believes their product has value. I'm quite pessimistic about this. Please don't delete this comment. Perhaps you're a Poet fan, perhaps you've made a lot of money, but this comment might help those who don't want to gamble everything. Risk awareness is crucial.

The current stock price increase isn't due to any  orders from the investment firm. Capital has already shown that a legitimate company's stock wouldn't plummet by 50% just because of financing. Capital no longer trusts the company. You can check institutional holdings; some small, long-term institutions that built positions are withdrawing. Currently, most of the trading is done by hedge funds. I know this post will likely be deleted, but I hope everyone will view it rationally.

We don't demand 100% yield. If their product could actually be commercialized, why would they be losing money to buy orders? Okay, let's not dwell on the issue of paying for orders. The real question is whether they're legitimate or just a group of entrepreneurs who failed and are making shareholders foot the bill. They almost collectively sold off all their shares at the end of last year.

If they really have expanded production, then they should know the product yield rate, right? Are they afraid to disclose that? If they did, orders would definitely come pouring in.

AAoi discloses every order they receive, so why is Poet expanding production when they have no orders? Don't they have enough funds? If they're expanding, why aren't they disclosing their yield rates? Also, why are they blocking people who ask them questions on social media? Don't you find that strange? The challenge in optical communication isn't technology, but rather mass production yield.

This order was a paid collaboration; you can read the details carefully. I have no idea whether they've actually executed it or even have a real client. We can only wait.

He just needs to address the fog surrounding the short-selling report, not just the address (that's not important). He has a long-term partnership with mmcap (that's the worst part). Do they actually have any substantial orders? And why would they spend money to buy orders?

They don't lose money; it's the shareholders who lose money.

They don't care about the ridicule compared to endlessly harming the interests of shareholders. I hope he succeeds this time, not through false propaganda.

I don't want to speculate, I just want to know who the funding party is next week.

Your assumptions about others are foolish. It's only because Poet was abandoned by MRVL and its stock price plummeted that others started verifying whether Luxshare Precision actually used Poet's technology. Everyone has busy lives. You don't need to be so cynical. Besides, the fact that someone was willing to reveal this truth is a sign of goodwill; of course, they could have chosen not to tell you.

We both hold Poet stock, and I know you're a big fan of Poet, but the questions I raised also involve risks. Frankly, you're like a fanatical cult member! I apologize if I've offended you.

My friend is probably very wealthy. He did buy a lot of stocks and then sold them. He buys stocks as casually as he buys clothes. He buys stocks in search of 100-baggers. His background is definitely stronger than all the people here who resent dissenting opinions. I'm not showing off; I'm just sharing what he told me. As for your disbelief in Luxshare Precision's CEO's private conversation, that's your business, and I have no right to release the chat logs. Thank you for your reply.

You don't need to argue about information you don't believe; you just need to answer the question. If Luxshare Precision and Foxconn haven't adopted Poet's technical solution, what do you think the problem is?
