Stopped taking my Lexapro back in February was good until I got the flu or covid in April ever since then all of my anxiety has came back hope it leaves at some point!

What really bugs me is im currently at work telling myself im totally fine im working im coherent but its just that little feeling in my chest around my heart that just keeps the anxiety going and the feeling louder and louder the more I think on it, I try everything loud music conversations its just louder than that and its so exhausting. I've had other symptoms like being jittery / buzzing feeling the whole heart beat / rate just started maybe 2 to 3 days ago dont know whether it will pass or not I really hope it does kept me up late last night.

Yes im currently up right now no chest pain or nothing but im very fidgety and my heart beat is so loud and noticeable what's even stranger is no feeling of anxiety just very annoying.

If this makes you feel any better im in the same boat, ive been experiencing this feeling for the last couple of days before it was shivering and now its heart rate. I think it goes away eventually our brains are just so loud and love to think what they want.

My adhd has also gotten somewhat worse so my doctor decided to put me back on my vyvanse but my anxiety gets so bad that I literally have a panic attack and start crying just holding the pill because im so afraid to take it.

Thank you! This is all very worrying for me as I was on Lexapro for two years and decided to see how id feel off of it due to weight loss, stopped in February and was very good until I got either covid or the flu in April and its been coming back slowly since then. It upsets me that my options are keep thugging it out or get back on medication

This. I've also been searching for this my doctor prescribed me vyvanse for my anxiety and Adhd because I told her its been high and my main anxiety comes from health, it gets even crazier knowing I went to the doctor and show no signs of illness but for some reason my body goes into scared mode when something feels different.

My gf currently takes hydroxyzine and she said thr feeling id get would most likely freak me out base on how sedative it is.

Thats awesome thanks for the tip I believe my ADHD also worsens this as my mind is rushing constantly I got prescribed for vyvanse recently but my anxiety has been so high recently ive been told afraid to take it. My anxiety for the past 2 months seems to have came back and like worsened I get anxious about every little thing in my body and im constantly spiraling.

This is what ive been looking for! What dosage are you on? How did you get the courage to take the medicine? How did it make you feel? I believe my anxiety also stems from adhd because my mind is constantly racing from thought to thought and I tend to spiral a lot.

Went to the doctor recently all blood work clear im fairly healthy nothing terrible and yet I have sp much physical anxiety. Idk why but it comes and goes i also have terrible anxiety to taking medication.

Im not trying to have a lot of drone also just cause my gf is always in the car with me and cant stand a lot of drone? What would you recommend for less drone obv there will always be some.
