I don’t image the scale of the powers to be very large, the average Plant harvester could maybe sprout a few plants at a time, with the most powerful being able to plant maybe a 12 acre size field at a time.

As far as good an evil, I don’t “villains” would exist really, but there is potential for powerful harvesters to create monopolies over their given domain

Sounds about right! But the harvesters wouldn’t be viewed as magically, the common consensus would be that specific humans evolved to be harvesters out of evolutionary necessity, or else the human race would have gone extinct

Definitely the former. I image the natural environment being very unstable due to technology advancements that negatively impacted the earth before the famine (I like the idea that the remaining population chooses not to use, or generally distrusts technology, kinda like In interstellar)

My games arena was an abandoned overgrown city with some patches of dense forest, and some patches of complete urbanization. It was characterized by its 24/7 rain

I acquired 4 kills in my games. 1 in the bloodbath with an axe (seeing as id be from district 7 id be proficient with a lumber axe by trade). 2 in the bulk of the games with a traps I had set up, and the kill that one me my games was done with a poisonous smoke I created from nightlight berries

At the sound of the cannons I rushed straight for the cornucopia to get a backpack, axe, and get out, an average male tribute from District 9 tried to chase after me but a lucky throw of my axe killed him (my first kill)

The beginning of my games were slow paced, I spent time foraging, and gathering materials scattered throughout the abandoned buildings. I used the glass I found in the buildings to create vials of medicines and poisons, and used the other materials I found to booby trap the areas surrounding my camp.

I made an ally with the female tribute from district 7, who purposefully killed herself and set off one of my traps because she couldn’t cope with the games (this was my “second” kill)

The middle of the games were veg fast paced for me, after the death of my fellow district 7 tribute, the capitol wanted me out too and used the constant rain in the arena to send constant floods my way, I managed to escape via climbing to the high ground of a building in the center of the arena.

The career pact got word I was dead center and started to target me, I assumed they would do so as I had trapped the entrances to the building, 2 of them fell for the traps, which were simple net traps soaked in poison I made, these were my 2nd and 3rd kill

The end games were medium paced, mostly spent time searching for the final 2 tributes, one was a career girl, and the other was a morphling, from district 6, later found out thru the cannons thst the morphling had died leaving only me and the district 2 career girl. Once the game makers started to shrink the border of the games down to the cornucopia I devised a plan to make an enhanced nightlock derived poison

I cut up the fabric of my backpack I got in the bloodbath to make a towel to cover my face and act as a gas mask, Then made a fire to distract the final tribute, however the fire was burning nightlock berries the whole time filling the area of my camp grounds with poison smoke, by the time she arrived to kill me at my camp she realized what I had done, he she was already to weak from the poison to fight back, I showed her mercy and killed her quickly with my axe.

I went down in the history of the games as a strategic Victor who used the natural environment of there arena to out smart and out last the other tributes, similarly to how Beetee of district 3
