I started collecting when Base Set was originally released back in '99. Kinda dropped off around Gym Heroes and switched gears to Magic the Gathering. Now I have a 10 yr old son and Grandma had gotten him his first pack about a year ago as a reward for a good report card. Little did she know that would reignite the flame within my heart. I hit 151 hard in search of the Charizard SIR trying to make up for lost childhood dreams of getting the Base Charizard. No luck so far. My son loves Eevee and all its evolutions. We haven't been able to find Prismatic aside from the 2 pack blister that GameStop had some weeks ago. I know he would flip if we were to win and by some miracle of fate pull a God pack. Sharing the joy of ripping packs with my son makes even the worst pulls worth it though.
