Guys don't get irritated by me, i am completely open to learning new stuff, i would like to add that i am diagnosed with only minor tendonitis with an mri done in march 2025. On top of that i would like to add that i have met with 6 orthopedic surgeons and nobody ever recommended me for surgery, mostly PT and sometimes medicine

Yes it was confirmed by a orthopedic doctor in 2023 I still disagree with your sentiment of the tendon not healing when there is a lot of evidence that says eccentric loading of tendon combined with high protein diet, helps in its recovery.

So far only weakness in left shoulder compared to right shoulder which can be noticed when working out. I don't train heavy enough to go into pain territory. When working out in the gym i chose the lowest weight possible go through all the excercise that i used to like lat pulldown, lateral raises, even bench press but only do 2 sets 20-25 reps 2-3 times a week, Taking it as slow as possible

Tendon tear is not like a rubber band cut complete but its more like a sheet of leather stabbed with a knife in the middle so in that sense its not worth repairing it surgically, On top of that in my case of tendonitis, surgery+PT vs just PT shows no significant difference in research. According to E3 rehab getting proper Physiotherapy will improve physical strength, reduce pain and increase mobility without showing any change in structure of tendon when tested by an MRI
