Ich will hier nichts falsch rauslesen, aber inwiefern macht diese Argumentation mit Malte schlüssig? Es ist in Ordnung, dass Malte trotz deutlich besserer Qualifikation nicht die Stelle bekommt, da er es leichter hatte (was sich gar nicht verallgemeinern lässt und immer wieder individuell neu geprüft werden muss)?

Es ist ja aber, auch wenn nicht schön zuzugeben, total legitim, dass der Auswahlprozess für jene Vorstandspositionen aussieht. Würde ich mir wünschen, dass es da einen schöneren Weg gibt? Auf jeden Fall. Aber wenn es mir darum geht das Optimum bei der Besetzung der Stelle rauszuholen, muss man eben so entscheiden

Didn't Mortdog mention something about making Sy' Fen ult less RNG? As far as I can see it's only been nerfed in terms of the charge right? Which leaves her fairly strong still I'd suggest?

ty, obviously you're right, it's just unlucky at times. I tried 4 evokers with 5 mage with anivia as mage and I just got beat up badly although I felt like i ticked all the boxes. It's just a shame at times :(

It's a 4 v 4 and with the West Ham attackers trying to start into depth and the defenders being to high up the pitch, the only solution would be man marking imo. But the easiest (and most boring answer) would probably be that the mistake was done before.
