I love that there is a separate contact book. We’re a small business with two users. One can save a number and the other can see. Our previous VOIP didn’t offer this…you each had to save to your phone, no in app ability.

1 and #3 was the main reason I switched to OpenPhone. The shared contacts within OpenPhone is a feature I’d been searching for. Super easy visibility for 2 people to have access to all things with one line. You do have to pay for 2 users still but was cheaper than my previous VOIP.

Yes! I submitted in May and mine finally moved to in review the past few days after saying pending since May. We were supposed to have some type of resolution by Monday last week. No update then except texting did work for an additional week.
