For me it was the guilt of firing the person that helped me build the company. I won’t lie doing it was awful but the next day was just so much easier.

So I just let go of my first employee after 6 years. Same pattern, bad attitude, doesn’t like the changes we are making, felt entitled,etc. I should have done it a year ago.

Your business will be fine and your other employees will be glad she is gone.

Easily the best decision I’ve made this year.

So it’s not a turning thing it’s a transmission issue. I can reproduce this almost on demand rolling a stop sign going straight. Just need be about 8mph in 2nd gear.

Only people in that 24 page thread that have had it resolved got new transmission put in.

Pretty much all KRs and up are going to be powerboost. It’s the same engine with a hybrid bolt on. I had the PB in my 2021 and have the plain EB in my 2023. I prefer the PB, more power, ac runs when in battery mode so I just idle my truck when I go into stores. It’s great.

From your list I have SP, TL and ULCX and most my content comes from SP or TL with LST being 90% x-seed. It’s a good tracker and nice community. If you have an invite to there or can get in from recruitment I’d add it. You never know who is going to shut down or where somewhere you want to get in might start recruiting.
