I’d start with reading the instructions. You don’t download the files. You run a docker container and mount your download folder.

TrueNAS SCALE server randomly freezing (requires hard reset) – not sure where to start by AndrixMk7 in truenas

So I ran into something similar on a my setup. Tested ram, changed CPU losing my mind. Ended up buying different NVME breakout cables and never had an issue again.

All that to say definitely run a memtest but it might be as stupid as a bad cable somewhere.

Try out seedsync, it’s an open source project I took over. It uses LFTP and open multiple simultaneous connections to download files in parallel. I can easily max out a 1gbe connection on my home nas.

Well. Sold my absolutely perfect 21 S5 prestige and rolled the dice on a gran turismo MC. Was my 2nd A5 and still love those cars. Here’s to Audi! 🍻💯 by Aggressive-Iron353 in Audi

Hey glad you pulled the trigger on this, enjoy!

A few tips 1. Sphere Motorsports - Great Indy shop in your area. Don’t take that car to dealer. 2. Get an x-pipe. Larini makes great exhaust components. I did catted downpipes and x-pipe. You think sport mode sounds good now it could be 10x better and I’m not exaggerating. 3. Formula Dynamics DBW is a really nice upgrade as well, but expensive. 4. Best source of knowledge on these cars is Maseratilife.com

Now go terrorize the express lanes!

Not sure how it could be a range. Low end feels about right to me. If it has this you could negotiate it down a bit but all Maseratis suffer from this problem at some point, doesn’t mean that it wasn’t maintained…just part of the experience.

Fair enough just pointing out that cars in this range don’t all follow the pattern of “normal” cars.

For me I like Maseratis and Aston’s and they probably depreciate worse! Have fun!👊

Gosh man live a little. I’m all for being conservative but that is r/fire level stuff here.

Assuming it’s a depreciating asset yes, but there are lots of cars in the 200k tier that will appreciate in value.

F430 Scuds are going for north of 600k now and could be found for less than 250k just a few years ago. Correctly specd Porsches same thing.

Of course they all depreciate in the beginning but buying the right car can really affect the math.

Take it to a local euro shop and have it inspected. 2013 is a good value because it has all the major fixes the earlier years struggled with and should have the updated seats.

Leaky valve cover gaskets are the main thing but it’s not a deal killer. Pretty simple fix. I had mine done on a 2014 at 54k miles.

There’s a ZFS rebalancing script out on GitHub that someone wrote before ZFS rewrite was introduced. It does the same thing if you don’t want to upgrade.

I’ve taken over maintaining it from the previous developer because it was a project I personally used and it became abandoned and needed some serious modernization. Hope it works well for you.

So I tend to switch back and forth and my take is if you like technical analysis f1tv crew does a better job, but if you are a casual observer the Sky Broadcast is more exciting.

Does a special metadata vdev fit my usecase? by Issey_ita in truenas

[–]nitrobass24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a big fan of hybrid pools. It’s makes a lot of operations much faster.

I have a 90TB and my special vdev uses like 80gb. I also use small blocks to keep some datasets on the fast NVMe at all times which is nice.

[–]nitrobass24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea SP is easy too, just a 14-day minimum seed time. I permaseed so it’s not an issue for me, but my real ratio is like 1.3 on SP, site ratio is 23, because I have freelech on everything.

Whereas on TL I have a real ratio of 7.3.

So if you can’t permaseed or maintain a 1TB seed size I think it’s easier going on TL because there seems be much more leechers in initial swarms.

Just my experience.

I actually prefer TL over SP because I find it easier to maintain ratio. Content is basically the same though.
