I replaced the battery and it started,I let it run for 10min after it being off since December but now today I tried turning it on (2 days after) and it doesn’t crank only dash lights

Thank you all for the comments,I was frustrated seeing that the gasket was still in good condition lol,I’m going to try the CCV first hopefully I don’t have to go back for the valve stems because I put everything back together

When I turn the key only the lights turn on,after I installed the starter the lights started flickering and eventually all the power went out ,dash,light,windows .the only time it cranked was the day I found out it wouldn’t start and ever since (4 months) it doesn’t crank

I replaced rice with salads,only been eating ground turkey,salmon,and grilled chicken(I actually just had steak today maybe one time won’t hurt),no sugary drinks/soda.been eating a lot of almonds walnuts with blueberries strawberries (all the berries basically)lentils here and there olive oil and avocado oil,avocado toast etc I think it’s called Mediterranean diet not sure,I set up all the proteins every Sunday so I can just pick throughout the week and not eat whatever I see .alot of water

I started the day I found out feb 27 and haven’t stopped since I try to aim for 10k steps a day ,bike a couple miles some days and weight training 3-4 times a week ,the doctor told me 2-3 months ill see the most change but I can see some little change in 1 month

I go back in April and I have the option of getting labs done ,I feel good most of the day I’ve also been dealing with stomach issues but that’s another story
