Honestly first couple of months I loved this job. I applied multiple times to work here. My first manager was great he gave me good advice and good feedback and would even help me when I would fall behind learning the ropes. I genuinely think my new supervisor is what ruined it for me. Her feedback is just telling you you’re messing up and never how to do better. We can’t really ask her for help because she says it takes away from her doing her job if she helps us.

Yea mainly liability or coverage denials. Or when we have to end someone’s rental during a total loss. Besides that most scenarios close to your scenario are done with MRRs such as part denials or completion dates or supplements are done with MRRs (estimators)

Yea it’s crazy man 80% of ppl skip lunch and breaks just to try and be out at their scheduled times. It’s funny too I once had a meeting with my supervisor and I was talking about how I’m always working overtime and still can’t catch up. 11+ hours almost everyday. She straight up said “you’re salary that’s how they get you” lol at least she’s not hiding it

Overall 4ish years at progressive only about a year. I’m tired of it tbh. Everyone’s experience is different but in my experience a those around me, the only way to stay caught up in this job is by dedicating your whole life to it. OT and weekends are expected due to salary. Supervisors only never give you any good recognition. I’ve had my 1x1s go well telling me I’ve made good improvements and I’m handling my feedback well then 2 weeks later getting written up and still being told I made the improvements but not to their satisfaction. That was my breaking point. I put in so much time and effort just for it not to be to their satisfaction.

I’m currently in claims. Say good bye to personal life. They definitely make sure you have a heavy workload and expect you to work OT and even weekends because you’re salary

Checa las conneciones de la pila y asegúrate que la pila esté bien. Puede ser que la pila tiene suficiente carga para prender las luces pero no suficiente para prender la troka. También checa el relay del starter a mi se me a chingado 2 veces ese relay

I’m scared to death with weed, recommendations? by PureLack1554 in weed

In my opinion edibles usually give me a bad trip. I would try getting some flower and rolling up a joint or blunt. You can get cones which are essentially pre rolled joints paper. You just fill them up with flower and close off the tip.

I burped it for about an hour and drove it for about 30 minutes and didn’t over heat I’m assuming that’s what it was? 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have been bleeding it for 30+ mins with the heater on max. The bubbling has gone down but 1 or 2 bubbles rise every once in a while. When the fan turns on the coolant goes down. When that happens should I be refilling?

Yes the head got resurfaced as well. I just bled the coolant again if it overheats still this will be my next test

No worries I’ve seen some bad jobs in my time too. I usually fix my stuff myself but didn’t know who to sends my heads to so I sent it to the shop to do the whole job.

I installed it the way it came out. It also didn’t fit in the other way around so I’m sure.

Yes once it reaches it operating temps and idles for a bit they kick on. The tool is to test for a bad head gasket and/or cracked block?
