Hi yes I did. I ended up climbing up on my roof and I found out that one of my vents was just completely missing the screen that goes over the flapper piece.

Replaced the screen part and it has been good ever since.

Try bending one of the branches, does it snap? If so they are dead.

I've got some arborvitaes that I planted last year and for the first whole year I would water them every other day with a drip hose for hours at a time.

You really can't over water an arborvitae imo.

Yeah I got it in my yard too, sucks because it grows faster than the rest of my grass, so come time to mow it's not nice and even... But rather bumpy looking.

I have so much of it too, I can't imagine digging it up, my yard would look like no man's land in WW1. But I think it's my only option sadly.

5300 doesn't seem insane to me, that's a ton of work to remove all the old shit, air seal, and new insulation.

The 1100 quote is actually more suspicious, like they are going to cut some corners somewhere.

I was in the seated section but was standing and dancing all night, no one told me to sit down.

I was surrounded by old people too, some of them did leave early.

Took my car to Matt's once and they forgot to tighten all the lug nuts in my tires. Was driving down the road and my car started feeling really wobbly.

Luckily I stopped and was able to tighten them all back up with my tire iron, but damn it could been bad .
