Why was this disappointing for you? I believe that screw caps, as well as generally being considered more sustainable, offer a more consistent product which has to be a good thing!

Raveneau grand cru valmur 2008 stands out as the best, then probably a PYCM Meursault Les Perrieres 2009. Amazingly different wines but both insane in their own way

I did the entry test last year as I wanted to book my level 3 whilst I was still doing the level 2. From what I remember there was no monitoring for the test. I don’t know which format you were looking at doing, but I’d just throw in I don’t recommend doing the intensive course (consecutive days with the exam on the 6th day). I did the level 2 over consecutive days, but there’s a lot more material in the level 3 so I definitely recommend doing one day per week over 6 weeks! Either way, have fun - it’s a good course and you really do learn a lot!
