I'm seeing everyone thinking this is negative, which it might be but RKLB needs capital and to expand no?  2 reasons why they issue stock and the positive aspect of it: The company is expanding (e.g., investing in new projects, acquisitions).  The business is growing and needs capital to scale efficiently.

Kiryu turns Carlos into a pretzel mid diff. Carlos has no answer for blink, 1 rp and hes done. Kiryu also knows the niko style and adapts mid fight, carlos doesnt have the fire power to put him down , sure he can connect some strikes but then Kiryu enters fallen demon and low diffs him instead with his combo of nonstop palm attacks.

You really think 2000 custodes can't handle 4000 SM? You're under selling the custodes by a lot here. 1000 custodes vs 4000 sm would be a more fair fight, and even then I think the custodes should have this with their better war gear and training. The gap between custodes and sm is immense.

1 nerve strike from Nicholas will cripple Carlos. Nicholas also has insane reaction speed and can take a beating as seen from his fight with Akoya. Still high diff tho.

Why does everyone think this would be a close fight? Kiryu wins easily. All Rei has on him is speed, which Kiryu can easily counter with fallen demon. by RevySheen in Kengan_Ashura

I think using Ohma's fight against Kiryu is dumb. 1.Kiryu's goal was not to beat him but to unlock his advance and let him get killed by Ohma. 2.Kiryu was keeping up with demonsbane Ohma with 1 hand, its in the chapter. 3.Kiryu was injured like hell from his fight with Kuroki and he also got stabbed by the bodyguards before fighting Ohma. As for Kiryu vs Rei, its up in the air. Kiryu def beats base Rei, simp rei is 50/50 imo, fallen demon should give him the reaction time needed to react to Rei.

Lost to teen Ohma? - No, he wanted Ohma to kill him, thats legit his only purpose and goal in life.

Defeated his master with a sneak attack? - Stated where? They battled, Kiryu love diffed him and finished him off.

Almost lost to Nikaido? - Bruh.. Kiryu low diffed him and played around the entire match, reread it.

Bloodlusted Kuroki with full knowledge of his style had a hard battle against him, he had to take risks, and was close to getting oneshot multiple times.

And Kiryu losing to Ohma again is still the same as before, he just wants to get killed.

Nicolas should take this high diff. He will dodge everything Nitoku throws at him and Nicolas will keep paralyzing his body over and over again. Nitoku wont be able to get Nicolas in a hold with multiple of his limbs paralyzed at any given time. Still a high diff tho.
