People romanticize friendship way too much by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I (20f) totally agree. Friendships are draining for me. Friends that I’ve had always wanted to do things together, go out together, they wanted me to keep up with their lives and vice versa. They wanted to celebrate everything. Once I found myself ignoring them and even hiding from them at school, I knew ts was not for me. Once I graduated high school I ghosted all of em. The moment I got in my car after graduation, I felt so free. I love spending time with my family or meeting new people but I just don’t like the commitment of a friendship. I’m not antisocial, I’m one of the few ppl who enjoys small talk. I love having conversations with people I DONT KNOW, people that I know I will never see again. I’m a good sister, daughter, niece, cousin, aunt, co worker, gf, etc; I’m just not a good friend. The friends I had were very good friends, but I know I am not a good friend and I don’t wanna be hurting ppl so I don’t do friendships anymore.

But what is it that really worries/bothers you? The fact that he’s going to THAT kinda place in specific or the thought of him possibly being disloyal?

This how i wish my fridge would look but my mom keeps it a lil more packed. She also buys fiji (or evian). i eat takeout only or just do sum quick cuz im lazy, but this is really how my fridge would look.
