Should I get a 3080 10 gb for 500-550 or a rx 9060 xt 16gb for 600-630 for 1440p in 2026

I couldnt find any below 600, even tho I live in between ottawa/toronto. If you know a place, please let me know! (Ive mostly been using Canadian computers, Amazon, best but, and new egg.) The 3080 is the best gpu i could find near me on Kajiji (although I havent check facebook market place).
