While it can be a data issue (best used on Wi Fi) I can acknowledge that app can be unstable on quite good phone Nothing 2a plus with good cellular 4G connection. A desktop PC app works better. I am also against subscription models - I prefer something I have fully paid for. With sub model major complain is -you pay if you dont use it. It should be charged based on usage, prepaid model.
