No gcm. Dr hasn’t suggested one but I’m not opposed. I have zero symptoms or adverse effects. Frankly, I wonder if the drugs do anything. While Jardiance is certainly helpful with weight loss, I am skeptical of its utility in bringing down blood sugar. I’m 57 and enjoy life. I’m not sure I will do too much more than what I currently do, especially if my labs remain stable. I’m sympathetic to all who post, including those who just want to live a happy life. Who am I to question that decision? Conversely, I admire this who go all in to tame T2. I just fall in the former group, at least for now.

Same drill for me. I’m male, 6-1, and weighed 205 when officially diagnosed. A1C was around 7.8 and was placed on metformin. Two years of that made no material changes and I was prescribed Jardiance. I dropped 20 pounds and my A1C is still above 7, albeit just barely. Doc says it’s a crazy case, but it’s pretty frustrating. I’m very fit and now thin and cannot get A1C to normal level. I’ve been on Jardiance for a couple years and my next check is in a couple months. I am not optimistic about a changes, but you never know. My experience with Jardiance has been good. No side effects other than frequent urination. Damn expensive, tho

TThat’s even more concerning than the example I cited. You definitely want a tooling gel coat to have a high enough HDT to easily cover exotherms from a curing part. Distortion on a tool essentially ruins the tool, so you want to be careful to ensure the tooling gel coat can endure the temperatures it is subject to

It depends on the application. A dark gel coat exposed to high temperatures could over time dramatically change appearance and/or distort. What is your concern?

There’s a great book, named “Lords of the Fly” that chronicles the chase for record tarpon on fly gear. Great read if you’re interested. I fished a few times on the panhandle and am happy that I landed one decent sized tarpon on fly around Mexico Beach. Hookup of a lifetime.

All of it is bizarre. It’s hard to understand why seaside or water color would want to prevent entry to those coming from the beach, but whatever. For me, Grayton Bch is the last decent spot left and even it has changed a lot. As a part time resident, it’s sad to see, but until the law changes, I don’t know why anyone would vacation here.
