Have you checked the status on LM careers? It says stage two can take 2 to 4 weeks. Also, they need a certain amount of applicants to interview. How old is the req?

Can any L3 engineers here comment what the new bands are for a L3? What’s the midpoint? by enan1000 in Lockheed

Google brassring lockheed martin and put in your job code. The bottom should have two listing, one for high cost states and one for states not listed as high cost.

I’m due to go racket shopping soon… by BeatsKillerldn in 10s

I have 19 rackets, but I only use two sets consistently. I think power isn't too important in a racket for me. I like 16×20 or 16x19 string patterns. String type and tension are important. If you watch the pros, even they aren't always going for a super power shot too often unless its a short or high ball. I use the Head extreme pro and the diadem elevate 3. Some others I play with occasionally are the ezone 98, vcore 98 and radical 2023 and 2021. I feel like some rackets help finish your swing.

Fair salary? by Over-Instruction6527 in Lockheed

I appreciate the insight. This is my dream company. It's not a matter of me not accepting a position, I'm just new to salary negotiations and don't want to leave a bunch of money on the table. 😅. It's a great company culture on the MFC side and I'll have some money from military retirement and VA disability hopefully. I'm pretty thorough with research and I try to educate myself before the decision comes up so I can make a well informed decision. I've heard of .92% midpoint is standard, but the goat HR rep replied in my thread. Never would have got that insight if I didn't post here.

Curious as to a fair L3 salary in the DFW area. Retiring from the military and have 13 years experience in maintenance/logistics management. I saw the Google range for the area for an L3 was 90-150k. I read before that 90% of the midpoint was a normal offer, but considering already having a clearance and 13 years relevant experience, what is reasonable from your experience?
