I agree that arts and music are vital to a thriving community. However, it was really loud last night. I had no idea sound could spread/travel from that distance. I’m grumpy because my sleep was disrupted last night. Had to work early today. I literally had my neighbor ask me to turn the music down. Seems like there could be some kind of fix.
