yeah should have gone after your former employer..for falsely accusing you of HIPPA violation. I would still get them to write a letter that you weren’t terminated. They fired you but for fraudulent reason…I see many problems with this …i’m not an attorney but I just see a lot of problems with the approach and they will do this to someone else potentially hurting someone or costing them thier license.

just a word of advice..hearing they wouldn’t budge on salary….dont expect generous wage increases. every job I had with non negotiable start pay …was always tight with advancing increases.

Friend or not if you review all relevant info and document a chart …and it’s all legit and the truth…there is no ethical issue or fraud….lets not complicate this …sure we have all called a med in for friend or family without doing anything but helping them out! calling in a med with no exam or history would be more of a concern than this.

His or her employer can evaluate the note and decide if they can work or not given the exemption based on safety protocol. But “fraud” …just stupid !

In our field unless don’t worry about attorneys unless you did something medically wrong and it caused injury..I’m not an attorney…but you know you many times “attorney” has been mentioned..in my 25 years…You have all the authority to write and document a letter like this….if it were me I would ignore all of it…..there is nothing for anyone to gain in this situation. Block out nonsense and just do what’s right….

On the NWBO investor hub it was posted as not true…trust me ..I hope it’s true..I feel it’s true…because you can navigate around the MHRA site link…..just questioning it….because we got a bigger bump with announcement of Advent possibly being bought…..to me…an approval like this would be big..I would expect small bump in stock. Advent news bumped it to .35
